Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

Delicious pizza and I always received excellent service until yesterday. Likewise I placed an order via the phone and was told to come after 15 minutes which I did, I went there and informed the cashier that I was there to collect and she ignored me and kept on helping other clients, I then told her again and she told me to wait there and she did not even go check if the pizza is ready, I had to wait for about 20 minutes and when I was leaving she then calls me and tell me she was going to check it. I was so furious I just left. And to think I only buy from debonairs waterfall Mall bcos of their great service I was very dissapointed. I mean I live near phokeng Mall but I chose to go to waterfall bcos even here the service is slow. I'm not okay at all...

I went to the restaurant yesterday with the aim of buying triple dacker that is on special for R179, only to find the cashier saying they don't have layers anymore. Mind you it was 3pm and already they don't have layers while the special continues. She didn't even bother to apologize for that but busy screaming with some lady from steers. As I was standing there the guy at the back of me bought the same pizza I was looking for and it was given to him. The shock on my face and the "whatever" look on the cashier's face when I asked. How can you guys run a special and give us that. I hate this shame so...

Received kak service today. Came in, tried to buy they told me to pay at steers of which I did and then when I come back from steers I find them selling to people from their counter. They then go ahead and give every one who bought after me their orders first. When I enquire why they blame the cashier at steers for not telling them.
