Panarottis Rustenburg — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

On the 1st of January I wanted to buy pizza for my family. I tried to phone Panarottis Rustenburg for over 20 minutes. They kept on disconnecting the call. Eventually we drove to Rustenburg Mall and I asked them why are they not answering their phones? The lady behind the counter just gave me a disgusting look! They were not that busy! So we ordered our pizza and I asked her how long it will take? She told me about 20 - 25 minutes, so we walk around in the mall and went back 5 minutes before our pizza would have been ready. When we got there we waited the 5 minutes. I then asked where is our pizza's and she told me its not ready yet! We kept on waiting. It reached an hour by then and I decided to walk to the back where they make the pizza and I asked them again where is our pizza's? People that came in after us already finished their pizza's by then. So I went t o the back again. This time demanding my money back. She got on the phone with the manager and he told her to keep me calm and give me a R 100.00 voucher. After her call to the manager she said to me the pizza's is almost done and I told her I don't care! I want my money back. She gave m the money but did not give me a voucher as she was told to do. It is terrible service and the arrogance? We then went to Spur and ordered there. We did not even wait 20 minutes for our food. And I must say it was a fabulous meal. I am so disgusted with Panarottis Rustenburg Waterfall Mall and I will tell everyone about my experience! If you cant deliver service you should not e there. It...

no service at all !!! visited tonight with a friend and our two kids... ordered two coffees and milkshakes for the kids..... wanted to place an order for the kids for pizza as well as ourselves.... no waiter in sight... asked different waiters to please call our waiter as over half an hour has passed and NO ONE came to check up upon us.... still no waiter in sight.... waited a while, stood up to speak to the manager to complain at till and he did not even bother to acknowledge or look up at me.... took my friend and the kids and left without paying the drinks... half way down the mall the waiter came running behind us and asked if there is a problem..... gave him a mouth full as the kids were fussy cause they were hungry and then he still asks if there is a problem... clearly if someone has been in the restaurant for close to an hour and you only served them a coffee and didn't bother to return then there is a problem and you cannot blame them for walking out .. was the first and also the last time I will set my foot in...

We ordered a monsterito Mediterranean pizza from Panarottis at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg. While waiting for the food we decided to share a decaf cappuccino with cream. The cream was fresh, the coffee was excellent and the presentation was top class. When the pizza came we were even more blown away. The base was perfect and the chef wasn't shy with the toppings. Nomsa, our waitress also did a great job, and even the music was good with a great selection of hits at the right volume. Very impressed with this branch....
