RocoMamas Waterfall Mall — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

Extremely slow service despite there barely being any customers,and the fact that we just ordered chicken strips.. We ordered burger combo meals where as to find when we got home there aren't any fries and had to drive back and ask for our fries. Then we wanted to order extra chili cheese bombs as well and were told they are finished. We then ordered chicken strips and waited 30 min?!. Not to mention the cashier being extremely rude! Asking us in an rude manor what flavor do we want. We told her what flavor, only for her to snap attitude and reply "yes but what flavor" after we had to repeat to her again!!!

Rocomamas waterfall mall is a wonderful restaurant to have a meal from. This was the first time for me to enter the restaurant. The power was off when i entered and i was looking for tea because i am a n addicted to tea . I was warmly welcomed by BOITUMELO , one of the waitress or whatevwe position she maybe holding.

She took extra pains to make sure that i get the tea i so long desiref to drink.

Her approach with a smile is an indication that no customer would resist to enterr Rocomamas Waterfall mall. The food they prepared for me was delicious.That was Chicken Salad . Not a place to visit for a romantic date or business lunch!! Maybe with a Friend, sure. We went there as a party of 3, stood inside without being shown sits until we decided to sit ourselves.. The food was okay but the service wasn't the best- our waiter disappeared at some point and we had to wait a while until we saw her again. She walked away and stood at the counter when we tried to make small talk with her- I suppose she thought we weren't going to order but then that was after we called her over to our table.
