Most disappointing experience. Customer service is non-existent. My husband reserved a table for 4, well in advance for a special occasion. It was a surprise. He asked if they could substitute the house wine with non-alcoholic champagne, which they did not want to do. He accepted that but was already a bit disappointed. On the special day - valentines dinner - my husband confirmed his reservation and the table request as per the original conversation with the manager 4 days earlier. We arrived only to find that no table was prepared. The restaurant was clearly packed and they wanted to move tables together to make room for us. We voiced our disappointment and after the apathic reaction, decided to rather not eat there and we were just advised to have a good evening then. Run out of cocktail glasses, 3. Run out of strawberry syrup. 4. Food order only taken after 35 minutes wait for drinks, and we had to prompt, 5. when food arrives, cutlery not on table, 6. with 10minute wait to get attention and eventually cutlery. 7. Request spoons with thin pasta sauce from manager on duty, it never arrived. Bottom line, do not arrange evenings to fill your restaurant for one evening, cannot cope and annoy your regular customers. I will never attend one of these 'specials' again. I called the reataurant and the super manager picked up the phone and i explained evrything with regard to my takeaways. He did acknowledge thier mistake nd apologized . The lady by the name clara or lara was soo helful as well as the Super Manager Samuel.
