KFC Safari Gardens — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

I always go to this kfc they have the best chicken usually, but today I was shocked at the service I received.

I was there before three customers that got their orders (one being much bigger than my order) before I got mine, I understand the process some food are made quicker or are standing ready made but 2 burgers and 2 pieces of chicken can't take longer than 15 minutes to make.

After waiting for 30 minutes seeing people who came in after I've already paid getting their food, I received cold to the touch burgers, one double crunch and one sweet chili burger both cold, from the bottom of the bun to the top, everything cold, best of all is that there wasn't even serviettes in my bag, something like this causes you to lose customers.

This kfc is not fast food just a place that sells doggy bags, as for wanting any voucher or free meal, i don't need or want free food especially not cold food thank you but i won't be going back to...

I went to this kfc today, horrible service, I waited almost an hour for my food, they got the order wrong and I paid for dunked wings I did not get. I was so irritated with the long wait like everyone else in there, by the time I got my food is was cold. They’ll never see me again. I recommend new management and training for these people. ABSOLUTELY BLOODY...

Used to be the go to. If you don't buy with a card the cashiers completely ignore you. I saw a guy standing at the window for 20minutes completely being ignored until he gave up and walked away. Tonight we did the same. Mr D deliveries are top priority as well. Luckily there are other KFCs in town. But the owner can thank his staff when he/she starts...
