Wimpy Safari Gardens — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

We love Wimpy. But at this Wimpy, there was an open plug close to the floor in the play area. We asked the manager about it. He said it's not a problem, because children is not supposed to play without adult supervision. I don't know about you, but I've never seen 10 children playing alongside their parents in a small, closed play area. Most of the time we sit nearby at a table. But after I explained my concerns, the manager said he will go out and buy some covers. This was great of the manager, but isn't this the responsibility of the owner? I wil visit again. Safe parking and in the same complex as Spar and other shops. The parking guards are very friendly...

As we arrived here 14h50 at the Wimpy Safari Gardens in Rustenburg the waitress (Omphemetse) told us we must order immediately because they close 15h30. I mentioned to her that according to the website it is 16h00 and she responded then ..."yes ..but you must be out by 15h30 because my manager said so". I need to clean the area. Wimpy will not survive in Rustenburg. All the other waitresses sat outside at a table and it literally sounds like a fish market. Why they do not start to clean up but they will rather chase the customer away. We will rather go and support someone...

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Wimpy Safari Gardens. I ordered a Big Cheese burger, but was rung up for a regular cheeseburger instead. When my food arrived, both the top and bottom burger buns were broken, which really affected the overall presentation and enjoyment of the meal.

I’ve always expected a certain level of quality from Wimpy, so this was a letdown. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving attention to detail, both at the till and in...
