The Booth — Restaurant in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

I live in Pretoria. I was looking for a place that I could have a surprise 70th birthday party for my mom.

I contacted The Booth/Anel. She was amazing and assisted me in every way needed. She went out of her way getting flowers for the party that I asked for and arranged it beautifully on the table. Even afterwards wrapping them up in smaller bunches for guests to take home.

Very bad attitude from manager. I asked sales lady if i may exchange a cookie cutter as box is not opened and i am looking for another design . I asked what is your retuns policy? She said sure as long as it is not opened and its not food item i may return it. So i went back the next day only to have manager appproach me in such a disrespctful condescending manner saying returns are not allowed unless faulty. I will not return. Friendliness goes a far way. Popped in this afternoon for coffee after seeing the Costa Coffee sign. Not disappointed, not only do they have amazing coffee but they also sell all sorts of homemade items.
