The food was absolutely disgusting, not to mention the service from our waitress, which was just as bad. The waitress (Chloe) did not check on us once during the meal, so I had no opportunity to bring my disappointment to her attention. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her.

When I finally expressed my dissatisfaction with both the food and service, she challenged me instead of involving the manager to de-escalate the situation. She continued to display a terrible attitude toward us.

The chips were undercooked (I even tried using sauce to improve the taste, but unfortunately, raw chips cannot be saved), and the burger looked and tasted awful—like actual garbage. The only reason I ate as much of it as I did was because I was starving.

What upset me the most was having to pay for a meal I wasn’t satisfied with, only to leave still feeling hungry. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

To make matters worse, my brother’s wrap looked just as disappointing as my burger. I believe it is a waitress’s responsibility to ensure food quality before bringing it...

I always enjoy coming to this restaurant when visiting Langebaan from Cape Town. However, two weeks back i was there. The one serving lady was refilling salt containers and it was not hygienic. Can you kindly have a standard operating process for topping up the salt on the tables. The same standards of food prep must be upheld. Moreover its flu season now. You can get a funnel to make sure salt refills are done with food safety in mind. And regularly wipe the salt and other bottles for hygienic usage. Thank you. We also wish one server can stand at both doors to ensure visitors feel welcomed and immediately allocate someone to assist the table or at a set time take drink orders. We are Wimpy regulars so usually we know what we prefer to have immediately when we step in. And the food never dissapoints thats why we make a turn each time...

We eventually stood up to leave no one noticed us ... A waitress walked past us at that time with our drinks to the wrong table They told her it's not there she stood lost in the middle of the floor . We told her it's ours but didn't want it anymore now .. No one stopped us from leaving No manager apologized to us . They just let us leave ?
