Picado Social Bar & Cuisine — Restaurant in Somerset West

Visited the facility on Sunday evening , accompanied by my friend (A lady) ,my husband joined us 10 min later, upon my husband purchasing drinks we were badly insulted by the owner .Never thought the word hottnot will reach my ears in this day and era. We were told and I quote "Julle hottnote moet fokof ,dis n whitey coloured bar" and much more to mention. The bar lady was forced to sell drinks to us while we had purchased drinks twice in a short period of time. We tried our best taking it as a joke in order to keep the peace. But the hostility continued and after a while ,we got the message and knew we were not welcome .I honestly use to like this place ,because its calm and you can play your slots in peace. This was my 7th visit and 3rd time seeing him at the facility. Being a business owner myself I will never treat any clients of mine like dirt . This was a shocking...

I was delightfully surprised. We had the Espatado which was absolutely delicious and done true Portuguese style. Big portion, homemade chips or a choice of delicious sides other than chips.
