as people who work in hospitality it was shocking to receive the service that we had this today. the lady at the register had given us the wrong change after we had changed our mind mid order which made her very upset when we had asked about our change being short .. even before she was not very welcoming and pleasant to speak to.. she proceeds to click her teeth saying something along “these customers” and then saying things in her language.. she then walks away while i’m explaining the change situation puts a cold muffin as takeaway after warming one for us it was unprofessional and disrespectful wouldn’t wish this type of service on anyone after her being so convinced she was right the lady next to her corrected our change so we rather left with the cold muffin.
