Wimpy — Restaurant in Vincent, East London

I am a regular at Wimpy and I must say that I'm seriously shocked at how the level of service has gone down. I was at Vincent Wimpy and I ordered the special Mo summer burger. Well firstly the waitress tells me I can't have coke Zero but it clearly says I can. Then I show her and she like oh ok. Our machine is broken. I also asked for the Newspaper well I never received it. My food came was just dumped and I was told it's coming " I assumed my soda" . It arrived as I was finisishing my food and was hot no ice. The service was terrible took 20 min to get our drinks then drinks come and the drinks are room temperature and had to ask for ice. My son asked for creme soda so they don't have so just give him fanta orange with out even asking if he wants it. The food finally comes and my burger roll is stale the wife's toasted sandwich was almost empty. I then ask the lady that finally brings the ice for tomatoes sauce and she never returns have to try and get another staff members attention to get it for me. Waited 20 minutes before having to go find a waitress. Placed an order and waited another 20 minutes for half the order to arrive. Drinks on menu ordered are out of stock and not available. Called for manager to be told by waitress she will call her after she has attended to 2 other customer tables. Manager attempted to correct order but still not as the menu depicted. Ice cream had melted by the time the order was corrected. Staff were rude and have no pride in what they dish up. Will not be back. This is the second terrible experience at this...
