My tall cappuccino was so hot it burnt my tongue.

This is obviously not great, as scalding hot milk messes with how the coffee tastes.

Easy fix is just let the barista know and hopefully all coffee’s from then onwards are hot but not lava.

The problem is the coffee is made by the press of a button and not the manual heating of milk, so the barista confirmed that he can’t change it - that is the standard setting for all coffee they sell.

Cape Gate Starbucks has employed THE BEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! NEVER EVER has Mandy, Ncomisa and Nathi ever given me NOTHING but their utmost best customer service! I LOVE those 3 ladies with all my heart. Over time, with all the visits to Starbucks, the chats and hugs, they have become family! If ever they were to leave, Starbucks Cape Gate would...
