밀양돼지국밥 — Restaurant in Busan

December 2023 This shop operated by ladies’ owner and all ladies are seen operating the shop in a very efficient way. Service was fast. Food is delicious. Their menu is simply focused on what they are good at - just about 7 types of dishes, with some combo to choose from. This pork broth could be one of the best one (to my preference) as it does not have that strong pork taste and smell compared to other restaurants. Soup is the light type. We had pork sliced soup, and there’s a generous sliced pork in the soup. Drinking water is provided for, which is refillable. During peak hours this place can be crowded. Customers are seen come and go when meals are finished. You will make the payment at the cashier counter. One typical order comes with a delicious bowl of soup with sliced pork (depending which type your order is), two type of kimchi, one small plate of fresh chives, one small plate of fresh raw onion and garlic, and a bowl of steamed rice - KW9,000. They are so efficient - before we are seated at our table, a friendly lady is already serving with kimchi, fresh chives, onions & garlic, and a hot bowl of steamed rice. We would surely come back for this.

However, when we do a take-out a few days later, our experience was not great. No steamed rice, no kimchi, no onions. It was just the sliced pork soup with fresh chives and a little bit of bean curd korean...

Come here and get some dwaejigukbap and some sundae ("prelibation sausage" from the menu is blood sausage, cut up so you can eat it while drinking soju). You won't regret it. The food is delicious, the service is great - particularly the man taking orders up front. The food here is much better...

고기도 차별화된 최상급 명품 한 돈만 사용하기 때문에 믿고 먹을 수 있고 돼지 냄새가 전혀 나지 않고 국물 맛은 진하고 시원해서 해장하기에도 끝내줍니다. ​부산역근처맛집에서 밀양돼지국밥은 국물부터 반찬까지, 어디 하나 빠짐없는 맛이었어요.
