I purposely searched for this cafe just to try soufflé pancake in Busan. I assumed this cafe is popular for soufflé pancakes. They have three different pancakes (original, chocolate and strawberry). I opted for the original soufflé pancake. Needed to wait for 20 mins to be served. The pancake is fluffy and creamy and immediately melts in the mouth. Simple combination of maple syrup and whipping cream that makes it pleasantly sweet. It was delicious. I’m giving 3 star because I have tried it the first time. Simple interior decorations would not have left much of...

슈플레 너무 맛있고 인테리어 너무 분위기있게 깔끔하고 좋았음. 핫초코랑 커피랑 슈플레먹었는데 핫초코는 건강한 카카오맛이 진함. 슈플레는 입에서 살살녹아서 엄청난 속도로 먹게됨ㅋㅋ근데 생각보다 자리가 없고 나오는 시간이 좀 걸림.아, 무엇보다 비쌈 가끔...

I purposely searched for this cafe just to try soufflé pancake in Busan. I assumed this cafe is popular for soufflé pancakes. They have three different pancakes (original, chocolate and strawberry). I opted for the original soufflé pancake. Needed to wait for 20 mins to be served. The pancake is fluffy and creamy and immediately melts in the mouth.
