Due to language barrier, we thought the owner's daughter thought it is ok to cook the beef tartare we ordered even when we asked if we can cook it using Papago App to communicate. They must have thought these foreigners are crazy to cook raw Korean beef that was meant to be eaten raw. But we appreciate the service and the fact they tried their best to accommodate us despite having difficulties understanding what we need. We wanted to visit the BBQ shop next to Kagawa round the corner but it was closed and Kagawa had a long queue. Overall, we found Busan people friendlier than people from Seoul. 삼겹살 빛깔이 참 좋죠. 거의 20년을 다녔던 집 입니다. 늘 좋은 고기만을 사용하시는 것 같아요. 삼겹살도 맛이있지만, 돼지갈비도 참 괜찮은 집입니다. 반찬으로 나오는 양파, 파절임, 물김치도 정갈하고 맛있습니다. 기본적으로 사장님 음식을 참 잘 합니다. 이 집의 하이라이트는 따로 있습니다. 고기를 다 드시고, 된장찌개 식사가 이 집의 최고 하이라이트 입니다. 된장찌개 안에는 홍합과 오도독이가 들어가있어, 맛이 신선하고 개운 합니다. 또 고기불판 만한 넓고 얇은 뚝배기위에 보글보글 끓여 나오는 된장찌개는 항상 뜨끈합니다. 저만의 꿀팁은 찌개를 어느 정도 먹은 뒤 거기에 밥을 말아서 된장죽으로 한번...
