Sadly...Had a bad experience here with firstly, no one being at the counter to take our order (staff were standing around chatting and laughing) and secondly, having our cafe latte taste like flat white, and cappuccino taste like regular coffee. For 5,000 - 5,500 won per cup, i really expected better!!! Seriously did not expect this here. Worst coffee I've had here in Korea. Give me a Starbucks...

my first time trying Caffe Pascucci in Korea. Located inside Busan KTX station, always crowded with limited seating area but the service was good and quick. Love their latte and also Basque cheesecake. It’s just refreshing my hectic morning catching up with KTX. It’s good that you can grab a coffee before or after you take KTX back and forth...

Very bad experience

1.Rude staff with bad coffee making skill. I ordered a venti size and it’s only 4/5 full. You are not allowed sitting here with a take away cup. You are forced to change a mug to drink. However, if you suddenly decide to go, and you have to change back to take away cup. Very bad for environment. It just doesn’t...

I just went to wash my hands, but they kept ringing the bell as if urging me to pick up my food quickly — it felt uncomfortable to watch. If you’re going to work like that, please install a kiosk, since there were many customers in front of me who seemed indecisive.
