Our experience wasn't exactly like the previous reviewer. We didn't get much help on how the restaurant works, what to do, or how to cook the clams. It's not their responsibility to take care of foreigners who don't know what they're doing--but know going in that you may be left to figure this out for yourself! Our only interaction was being warned that we weren't cooking the clams long enough, which of course got us worried we were going to get food poisoning. Thankfully that didn't happen, but also put a damper on our appetite and so we had a few clams and wrapped things up well under our two hour...
