I never heard of mazesoba before, but this place looked popular as I walked past. I decided to come back later in the afternoon to try it. At 2pm (on a Monday) the line was gone and I was able to walk right in and order from the kiosk. The kiosk supported multiple languages so it was easy to use as an english speaker.
I sat at an empty seat at the counter, wondering how they know my order and where I sat, since I didn't hand over my receipt to anyone. It must have been handled by the attendant near the kiosk who briefly talked to the kitchen staff to put my order in. The wait took about 8 minutes which was longer than I expected, but no big deal.
The dish is absolutely beautiful, and it tastes great too. I added the chashu pork (2 pieces) for 2000 won, making the total 12,000 won. Mix everything together and enjoy. When you finish the noodles you can order rice to mix into the remaining sauce, but I was too full so I did not ask for any rice.
