Stumbled upon this place since it was near our hotel and raining and we didn’t want to walk far. Served variation of bibimbap that’s laid out on a plate instead of mixing in a bowl.
The bathroom is very clean and even has pads and liners for the girlies. They even keep packet mouthwash at the sink for those who need it! Outside the bathroom are cables to charge any devices you need and even a mini hair straightener.
They have self serve free lotus tea, warm or iced
Normally when a place has great amenities you’d think the food would be lacking. But the food was good, but not one I will be thinking about after. Dishes come with a fantastic tasty simple soup. The grape ade was also very refreshing and nice.
The side dishes were kimchi and a plate of fruits for the amount of people dining (eg 3 blueberries 3 grapes 3 pineapple pieces for 3 people)
Braised pork belly was nice and had more of a Chinese flavour compared to usual Korean seasoning. Talipia was also nice. Beef was more western seasoning.
Be warned if you pick gochujang sauce it is quite spicy after many spoons. I thought the sauce would be served on the side in a bowl but it will be under your chosen meat on the plate. So you can’t escape it if it’s too spicy
Staff were kind and welcoming. There is a kiosk outside where you place your order and has Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese language options
Overall convenient and good restaurant with nice food that was not...
Read moreIncredible. My meal came with braised pork belly (cooked to perfection), a flavorful and perfectly spicy mala sauce, wasabi (the really good stuff), pickled ginger (again, this is not your average pickled ginger, it's amazing), pickled, diced yellow radish, fresh micro greens, white rice, finely sliced green onion, a roasted mushroom, caramelized onions and peppers, a soup of toasted rice and white fish and green onions, a tiny, super-cute bowl of fruit, and, of course, kimchi.
No matter what combination of ingredients I created for a mouthful, it was always the best bite ever.

Service left a little to be desired: I wanted to take them home with me and have them feed me this amazing Korean food every night, but they did not offer to do that. They are probably still there, teaching Korean food culture to some other fortunate customers. I'm super jealous they are there right now and I'm not.
The bathroom could be more equipped. It was only stocked with soap, mouthwash, pads, air freshener, baby wipes, and the best hand dryer I've ever used. What, no baby kittens? 🥺
The white grape ade. Wow. I'd be speechless, except I can't stop...
Read moreIt's on the 2nd floor so a little challenging to see from the street. The interior is bright, cheerful, and cute. The staff are welcoming and friendly. You order on a touchscreen before entering and choose a table. Many of the customers seemed to be young people on dates or out with friends. They were playing Christmas music when we visited in December.
Food reminded me of modern health-food or salad restaurants, maybe inspired by bibimbap but with all the ingredients including rice arranged on a flat plate, to combine individual flavors as you please.
The flounder soup provided as a side was especially tasty.
I was disappointed by the quality of the steak I ordered as a main: it had chunks of tough fat, which I might have tried to sous vide at higher temperature, this was cooked pretty rare and then seared. I've had much nicer beef in a week in Korea. So I wouldn't revisit but am...
