Lazy Moment Coffee Stand — Restaurant in Busan

Far from the main Busan sightseeing areas of Haeundae beach and Jeon-po dong, Suan-dong is rarely visited by weekend visitors to this huge city. For fans of independent coffee shops though the suburb has plenty of good options including Monoscope, Suan Coffee, Momos Coffee and Lazy Moment Coffee Stand. Filled with books, goods to browse and a weekday brunch menu, Lazy Moment’s lounge style cafe has become the perfect third space for neighbours and Busan regulars.

Central to this community, Lazy Moment, founded in 2018, has also been a driving force in growing the coffee and roasting scene more widely in Busan, from their support of the Busan Coffee Festival and National Coffee Show to taking part in the Korea Cup Tasters Championship.

1.커피는 향도 맡아 보고 취향에 따라 직접 고를 수도 있고, 사장님들이 추천도 해주세요. 시즌별로 나오는 비커피 음료들은 비주얼도 이쁘고 맛도 좋아요! 디저트 중에서도 저는 치즈케이크랑 스콘류 좋아해요. 치즈가 풍부하게 들어가서 꾸덕하고 당도도 적당하고, 스콘류는 기본에 충실하지만 자꾸 생각나는 맛이에요. 종류에 따라 버터나 잼, 마요네즈 등을 곁들어 먹어요. 평일에만 판매하고 매달 바뀌는 단일메뉴 파스타는 정말 박수가 절로 나와요. 쉽게 접하지 못했던 메뉴들이 매달 선보이는데 그 중에서도 카치오에페페는 정말 훌륭했어요! 사장님들의 한결같은 친절함과 세밀함에 혼자서도 편히 머물다 갈 수 있어요. 몇번 보고 커피 취향을 기억해뒀다가 적절한 커피를 새로 추천해주기도 하고, 많이 안바쁘실 때는 음료를 다 먹었을 때 쯤 커피나 차 종류로 리필도 해주세요. 피드백이 좋아서 단골들이 더 많은 것 같아요! 두 사장님이 직접 셀프로 인테리어를 해서 그런지 가구나 소품마다 사장님들의 손길이 안 닿은 곳이 없어요. 테이블 간격도 적당하고 매장 홀 뿐만 아니라 화장실까지 늘 청결해요. 그날 그날 날씨나 분위기에 따라 다르게 흘러나오는 배경음악도 너무 좋아요. 매장에 손님들이 기증하거나 두 사장님이 구비한 책들도 많아서 혼자가도 책 읽으며 시간 보내기 좋아요. 여러 작가님들이랑 손님들이 손수 만든 굿즈도 팔고 있어...
