Food: Extremely tasty and a bit Experimental. Taste wise very elegant and refined. They also speak English and explain each dish. Personally, I liked the makeral and the fatty tuna.

Service: classic Omakase service, so nothing to complain.

성게알은 낮에도 준비해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 간이 좀 센편이라 약간 짠 감이 있습니다. 셰프님 친절하시고, 냉 녹차 계속 마실수 있어 좋았습니다. 아이스크림을 없애고 가격을 낮추는 것(또는 다른 아이템을 성게알로 대체) 또한 좋을 것 같습니다. 중간중간 손님이 손으로 직접 스시를 받게되는 경우가 있는데, 셰프의 손과 손님 손이 맞닿을 수 있어 공중위생상 좋지 않은 것 같습니다. 마끼의 경우 마끼꽂이를 사용해서 전달하고, 후토마키는 손님이 접시로 받을 수 있게 안내해주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 대부분의 고급 스시에서 빠지지 않는 알스시가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 점심에도 성게알/연어알 등을 추가해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요.
