Standout Features:

Authentic Mexican Flavors: Hands-down the best Mexican food I've had in Korea! Convenient Location: Moderately easy to find, with a great spot near Gwangalli Beach. Friendly Staff: Welcoming and attentive service.

Room for Improvement:

Clear Break Time Advertising: Unfortunately, my daughter and I arrived during break time (3:00 PM) and were surprised to find out they wouldn't reopen until 5:00 PM. Advertising break times would help customers plan accordingly. No Restroom Facilities: A notable drawback is the lack of restroom facilities within the restaurant. This might be inconvenient for some customers.

Personal Experience:

Despite the initial setback, we returned later and enjoyed a fantastic meal. The flavors were rich and authentic, a true delight for our taste buds.

I had the pleasure of indulging in a delightful dining experience at a charming establishment. The menu boasted an array of mouthwatering options at affordable prices. I savored the succulent lamb wrap and relished the flavors of the birria tacos, accompanied by a refreshingly cold Tecate beverage.

The staff exuded a warm and inviting demeanor, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The ample seating arrangements provided comfort, and the clean, air-conditioned ambiance enhanced the overall dining experience.

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I must admit that the only minor drawback was the portion of meat in the lamb wrap, which left me wanting a bit more.

Pendejo is a hidden gem in Busan. As a Mexico city native I can tell you that the food is incredibly good, better than some Mexican restaurants run by Mexican people in other countries. The quality of the tortilla stood out, it is very close in terms of flavour and texture to the “real thing”. The fresh salsa verde was very flavourful, not spicy at all, but a great addition to the birria dominant flavour. The quesabirrias, the ramen and the birria tacos are excellent, LA beware!
