주토피아 — Restaurant in Daegu

It's my first visit, so I ordered it because it was recommended.

Margherita con Datterini Gialli The scent of the heavily fermented pizza dough baked in the wood-fired oven was chewy and delicious. The sauce and cheese permeate the middle of the pizza dough, so it's moist and there's no olive scent, but I like the instant scent from my fingers.

2.Cotto e. Fungi Personally, I took out the ham and ate only the baked mushrooms and bread parts underneath, and it seemed like I was eating a healthy sandwich that matched the mushroom scent and bread well.

I have to order one per person, but the pizza was delicious. The amount is too small for the price, so I don't think I'll come unless something...

주기적으로 생각나는 곳입니다. 오픈했을 때부터 분기별로 가는 것 같습니다. 처음엔 파스타 간이 좀 쎘었으나 반년쯤 후부터는 간이 딱 맞아서 제 기준엔 더할나위 없이 좋네요ㅎㅎ 피자도 도우가 쫄깃하고 토핑과 함께 정말 맛있습니다. 정말 이탈리아에서 먹는 것과 차이가 안날정도입니다. 토핑은 어떤걸 추가하셔도 괜찮습니다. 후기들을 보시면 피자 크기와 금액에 대한 불만이 많이 보입니다만.. 음.. 한뼘정도 되는 크기의 피자에 가격은 좀 있는 편이지만 솔직하게 대구에서 이만한 선택지가 없는 것 같습니다. 마지막에 주시는 에스프레소까지 완벽합니다. 과거 파스타 메뉴가 2-3개였으나 이젠 하나 뿐인게 조금 아쉽습니다. 피자집인걸 감안하면 하면 어쩔 수 없나 싶기도 합니다. 개인적으로 하나 더 추가되었으면 합니다. 초반엔 웨이팅이 없었으나 갈수록 웨이팅이 생기는지라 예약을...

Sono uno Chef Italiano e fortunatamente ho trovato questa pizzeria che la cosiglio a tutti. 100% pizza napoletana, il pizzaiolo usa prodotti buoni e di origine Italiana.
