In MY experience the Pollo chicken dish I ordered with a salad was terrible. Bitter salad and chicken so inedible that I kept repeatedly spitting out gristle/whatever it was. When I complained they asked the chef about it and he claimed the method he used was to "soften" the chicken. Didn't offer a refund or follow the "customer is right" policy. Generally overpriced.
