A bit over rated/hyped restaurant. Quality of the beef is not bad but not particularly good either. Unless you happened to live around there, it is not worth driving more than 30 min. You would find similar quality at comparable price practically anywhere...

주인장들의 한결같음과 친절도에 있어서 만족도가 높다. 우리 가족은 양념 갈비를 주로 먹었지만, 꽃등심, 안창살 등 최고급 부위도 대부분 먹어 보았다. 가격이 조금 높긴 하지만, 서비스가 뛰어나다. 하지만 최근2년 정도는 종업원들의 숙력도와 서비스가 조금 떨어진 느낌. 그 것은 사장의 마인드가 아니라 종업원들의 문제인 것 같았다. 육회가 양이 너무 적게 느껴져서 (평소 보다) 육회 양이 적다고 하니까 종업원이 대뜸 " 손님께서 양이 적다고 하면 저희가 사장님께 혼나요." 하면서 너스레를 떤다. ??? 사실 말도 안되는 얘기다. 오히려 종업원들이 중간에서 빼돌렸다는 것이 아닐까? 지난 번에는 가만히 나왔지만, 다음에 한 번만 더 그러면 사장님에게 얘기할 거다.

본론으로 들어가 육회 맛이나 고기 맛은 최상급. 특히 청국장은 가히 최고다. 고기 드신 후에 청국장은 따로 구입해서 꼭 포장해서 오시길 강추. 사장님에게 혹시 두부도 직접 만드시냐고 물어보니 그 건 아니고, 오래 전부터 주문하는 곳이 따로 있다고 정직하게 답변하신다. 구멍 송송 두부+ 무가 고기와 청국장과...
