국물이 빡빡해서 좋았습니다 반찬이 맛있는 걸보니 사장님이 음식을 정말 잘하시는 분인거 같습니다 시금치, 김치 맛있었습니다:) 1시에 갔는데, 대기는 한 30분 정도 했고, 생각보다 금방 빠집니다 맛점하세유:)

다슬기수제비맛집으로 오래되고 유명한집 예전에는 약간오래된건물에서 지금은 신축건물에서 영업하고있다. 평일점심시간에도 줄을서야한다.한번맛보면 이수제비맛은 잊을수없다. 밑반찬 다섯가지정도나오는데 간이딱좋은게 리필(추가는셀프)한번은 꼭한다.다슬기모르는 사람도 수제비먹으면 절대모를수없다.매운것못드신분은 주문때 물어보겠지만 안맵게해달라고하면된다.보통과특의차이가 궁금하다면 아주큰차이는없다.수제비조금더 다슬기조금더 들어있다.그래도나는 특을시킨다 why?너무맛있다.ㅋㅋ 근데왜별 4점일까요?가서드시기전에 그이유를 알게됩니다^^다슬기는알지만 먹어보지못하신분이나 구례여행이 처음이라면 꼭한번들러서 드시고 가시길 추천합니다.가시기전 휴무일체크

워낙 인기가 많고 관광책자에도 모범업소라고 되어있어서 평일날 점심시간에 갔다. 웨이팅 조금있었지만 번호표받고 10분기다리고 좌석안내받았다.다행인지 모르겠지만 대기표 나눠주는분이 친절하지도 불친철하지도 않았다. 다슬기수제비한개와 무침을 주문했고 국물이 좀 짯으나 먹을만 했고 밑반찬은 무척 깔끔하고 다슬기무침도 맛있었다. 그러나 주인사장과 전체적인 손님응대서비스는 좋지 않았다. 음식을 먹으러 올때나 나갈때 기본적인 인사도 없고 틍명스럽다.그래서 맛있었던 음식맛도 떨어지게하고 구례에대한 좋은 인상도 나빠지게 한다. 아마도 너무 손님이 많아서 더이상 친절한서비스가 필요없는 거만함이 느껴진다. 개인적으로는...
