Appears to be managed by a penny pinching slumlord from the state of the filthy restroom without working lights (the light has not been fixed for months at least). No refills on drinks, which is also watered down.

Let's hope the inside of the kitchen is more sanitary... They don't seem to wear masks back there which isn't promising.
