The dalgalbi (chicken) here has a historical significance. In the mid 70s, nearby university students would visit Nami Island for vacation. Since they had not much pocket money, they could only afford chicken (for beef was really expensive back then). This dish was then popularised and commercialised. It is now available all over Seoul.
Having said that, the dalgalbi here is the best I have tasted. It is also reasonably priced! The sauce they add is mildly spicy (ask for the sauce to be separated if you cannot take spicy). I highly recommend adding rice since they cook it along with the dalgalbi before you finish the dish.

Read moreI heard that this chuncheon myeongmul brand is very famous and over 40 yrs already so we tried it while waiting for our ferry to Nami island. Suprisingly, their spicy chicken is indeed delicious. Just make sure to ask the waiter to remove the spicy if you dont like. And order it per person because the serving size is indeed just for 1 person.

This is a typical your tour group restaurant that locals don't come to. However, I was impressed with the serving speed when there was a whole bus of us reached.
Taste-wise is good. But I'm sure it's not the best since it's catered to tourists.
If we were visiting the area on our own (not through your group), we would definitely not come here.
