January 3rd 2024 I went to their counter not for a ride but asked the location of luggage storage nearby though ive asked the service center and we thought its nearby the Zipwire. but their answer was ridiculous that they said the luggage storage is INSIDE the ferry, are you kidding me?? they answered that with some joking that made me confused so i asked again “ferry the BOAT?” and they said “yes the boat” which its not true and doesn’t make any sense that someone will put luggage storage inside the ferry, which there is few of ferries so thinking with my common sense after we finish, we should find which ferry are we put our luggage?? which you know the ferries aint stay in one place they go back and forth to the island??? after we left from their place they laughed at me which they just didn’t want to help ,in fact tryna lost me around finding luggage store in ferry which you wont find one lol. if you fell don’t wanna help just say you dont know instead of trying to get lost people and laugh at them. I hope the company found out their employees behavior towards tourist and replace with better people. Shame on you, hope you get the same experience when you travel overseas.
ps. a guy who helped me buy a ferry ticket in machine was incredibly nice even tho he didn’t speak English much but he tried to help people around. and after we finished strolling around Nami and about to get home he even bowed to us and the tourists there and he said something in Korea i think he tried to said thank you...
Read moreThe Skyline ZipWire provides an exciting and unique approach to visiting Nami Island, offering fantastic aerial views during a quick zip across the water. The process of booking was seamless, with no waiting required, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. The ride itself is thrilling, combining speeds up to 35 miles per hour with panoramic views that make for an unforgettable entrance to the island. Nami Island complements this adventure with its serene beauty, filled with cultural landmarks and artistic installations, making it a delightful place to explore after an adrenaline-pumping start.
While the experience is highly enjoyable, I've rated it 4 out of 5 stars. This rating reflects a personal preference for a bit more diversity in activities and the fact that such a thrilling ride might not appeal to everyone, especially those wary of heights or seeking a purely tranquil outing. The weather can also significantly impact the experience, as any outdoor activity would. Nonetheless, for those looking for a blend of adventure and culture, this is a wonderfully memorable way to access and appreciate...
Read moreNot worth the $44,000 Won. There are two courses for the same price: Family and Adventure. We took the adventure one as we didn’t have to wait as long. The Adventure line has a faster speed of up to 80km/hr, and takes less than 1min to drop you off at Jara island, where you take a small boat to Nami island, takes about 5min to get to Nami. The other disadvantage is we booked a shuttle bus to Nami which included ferry tickets, and the zip wire tickets also include ferry tickets. They wouldn’t sell tickets without ferry, so $10,000 Won went to waste. Note they won’t let you take a video or photos on your ride down unless you have a strap for your device.
