Mr. Dakgalbi — Restaurant in Gyeonggi

We were tourists for a Nami Island tour and this place is located very near to where buses would park.

The dakgalbi was good and best paired with cheese. Side dishes was also good. Our favorite was their pickled radish. It’s important to take note to wait for the servers to tell you when the food is ready for eating. We were mixing our food and tried adding cheese, but I think the locals would prefer not mixing cheese and chicken altogether during cooking process.

This restaurant also has the view of the river and the bungee jumping activity which were entertaining when we were waiting for our food.

Boyfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while waiting for the zipline to Nami Island. We were led in by the aroma of pan-fried chicken. So, poked our heads in and asked for the closing timing which is 8pm, and lady owner of the place remembered us after we came back from Nami island. If you are a foreigner, I suggest to avoid this place. My friend and I walked in and even been brought to our table already by a waitress. I was just asking for an English menu (i spoke in korean even) and a man walked pass (i assume might be the boss) just took the menu out of my hand. He ushered us out the shop.
