Nice setting in the museum grounds, but lacking in several other areas. They only have 1 ordering machine, so a slow queue forms if there's a big group and everyone is trying to study the menu. Food options which aren't super sweet are very limited. Service very unhelpful. They wouldn't let us eat on their outside tables without transferring all our drinks and meals into takeaway cups, even though we were clearing 'eating in' - seemed like an odd store policy. They also weren't helpful in announcing when drinks were ready - the person on the till would just use the beeper several times and make announcements in Korean, even though that museums gets many foreigners. The madelines are tastyโI had the mugwort, which was buttery and herbal, and also tried a bit of my sisterโs black sesame, the other flavor. It is a bit more nutty tasting, and a little drier.
I love that you can get unsweetened iced teas here like chamomile and hibiscus. We actually came here twice during our visit, for a mid morning snack and later for lunch. I also had the guacamole sandwich, which had a delicious egg on it and avocado spread (not actually guacamole I think as it was unseasoned).
