My friend and I ordered tuna kimbap, egg spam kimbap, rabokki, and assorted fish cakes for lunch, spending over 30,000 won. I called customer service to complain, saying that my review was truthful and that it wasn’t fair to block it. They responded that blocking reviews is entirely the restaurant owner’s right. This means that any negative reviews can be blocked. This act infringes on customers’ right to know. Now, I am even suspicious of the positive reviews of this place. The restaurant's policy is the worst. I will never...
