Double check in: I received a room key card, and when I went into the room, I found there is an another naked customer.2. Front Desk manager’s attitude: Immediately came down to the front office, however they did not seem to be apologized, I asked for the General Manager, and told he is off-work and unable to reach. When front office manager called me, he does not seem to be apologetic (show a very bad attitude), and the compensation plan which was only offering breakfast was not acceptable. I asked for the room discount, however he immediately rejected. I told him I want to speak to General Manager, he rejected my offer. He even sarcastically offered me to cancel the trip and find another hotel. They made a mistake and I had to face the worst service the same experience in my lifetime…..I had to book and stay at your hotel because I missed my flight and I wanted somewhere to rest. However I was so panicked with the mis performances and the attitude was...
Read moreI spent a night at this hotel and found it to be a great choice for travelers for an early morning flight. Although it was just an overnight stay, the room itself was decently appointed with all the necessary amenities, even if I did not get to take advantage of all of them.
The real advantage to this hotel is its proximity to the airport and subway station. It seems designed specifically for travelers who need to catch early morning flights or who have longer layovers. Its location right next to public transportation makes it easy to get to and from the airport.
Beyond the convenience, there are also plenty of dining options in the surrounding area with a wide variety of cuisines. Adjacent to the hotel is a LotteMart, which is perfect for picking up last minute Korean gifts and souvenirs before heading home.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. For travelers passing through Incheon or needing easy airport access, I would certainly recommend this comfortable and well-located hotel. Although brief, it provided everything I needed during my quick stopover...
Read moreThe Days Hotel is split between the Howard Johnson but with slight differences. It's weird how they took a hotel and cut out a section and slapped Days Hotel on it and gave a slight discount but less features. I paid about $67 CAD per night plus whatever taxes and fees on top.
Days Hotel was a bit cheaper, but it's basically the same hotel as Howard Johnson. The front desk staff works both sides. However they advertise hotel shuttle but there isn't any pick up shuttle and drop off shuttle costs extra and more than taking the train. Also they don't offer shampoo, lotion or soap and charges 3,000 won for them if you want it.
The room is nice and has everything you need. Full bathroom, mini kitchen, micro, mini fridge and even a washing machine. However no dryer but down stairs there's a laundry mat and for 5,000 won you can dry your clothes for 30 minutes. I would give it a higher rating if they weren't advertising shuttle service when they don't. The location is nice and close to the airport but it's far from the central...
