Incheon the Hotel Yeongjong — Hotel in Incheon

Great location to both the airport and downtown Seoul. It’s about 13,000 won for an airport taxi to the hotel and takes about 10-15 minutes. You can also take the metro from the airport (both T1 and T2) and it’s about a 30 minutes ride. The hotel is an a quieter area but are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and within walking distance. The metro is about a 6 min walk and it’s - 45 min commute (10 stops) to downtown Seoul. The room was okay. Nothing fancy, but very simple with all one needs. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The room was a bit smaller than what I thought so if you have a lot of luggage you might find it a little tight. Overall I would...

Updated 1/11/2025: Nothing has changed. The older uncle is still at the front desk! Any hotel in the airport area that does not allow guests to check in before 3pm is crap & rigidly following their own rules. Regardless of what guests prefer or what’s good for them. This is one of them. P/S the beds now have electric blankets/mattress.

This hotel was just about 5-10 minutes walk to Unseo station, making it a great option for those who wants to explore Seoul even while staying near the airport.

The hotel provides basic amenities and they do daily housekeeping keeping the rooms clean.
