A fairly famous Chinese restaurant. When I visited a few years ago, I didn't know it was a famous restaurant, but I still remember the taste of the food I had then, so I came back. Since I visited with a close senior, I wasn't able to try many dishes. The first dish is Tangsuyuk(Deep-fried Pork with Sweet and Sour Sauce) The Tangsuyuk I had before was delicious. Even though it was covered in sauce, the outside was crispy and the inside was moist, showing the true nature of Tangsuyuk. It is a taste that cannot be found in ordinary Chinese restaurants. The second dish is fried rice. Once you take a bite, you will realize that this is the real fried rice. It will make you forget all about the fried rice you have had in other places. The third dish is Ganjajang(Noodles in Thick Black Bean Sauce), a truly nostalgic taste. The Ganjajang I used to eat as a child is exactly like this. It is a taste that is faithful to the basics without any tricks. The more I eat, the more it brings back old memories. I think the reason this is possible is because the white-haired chef who has been in the business for 52 years is still holding the wok. And it's a place to keep the tradition, even the fried dumplings that were given as a free here. It's a place where you can feel the same taste of the food I used to eat when I was young. It's a place I want to...

But the fried rice is on the oily side. Their seafood noodles is great too. The soup is very flavorful n the noodles are springy. The soup is a tad spicy, even for the non spicy version but it's really addictive. Only sad thing is their sweet n sour pork n fried dumplings don't come in small portions so we couldn't try them. Fried dumplings min order is 10 pieces while sweet n sour pork min order is a big plate...
