FYI, I asked Google Gemini if DD at ICN takes cash and I was told 'No', only credit card. That's NOT accurate. Btw, their egg salad sandwich is tasty and only KRW6,000 (US$4). Good looking wrap sandwiches ($5) and cheap ($1-2) donuts. Usually airport franchises are expensive, not so Dunkin. Surprised to find they sell my fav DD donut, chocolate honey glazed. In Thailand, not sold ☹️.

Fast service for your take away (only) donuts and coffee. The coffee taste good although not many options for the donuts. I like Dunkin' Donuts in this Incheon airport, which is not too sweet compared to Dunkin in Netherlands & Indonesia.

They opened a new Dunkin’ Donuts, but still the amount of time you have to wait to buy a simple donut and a coffee is insane. Also, they tried to implement a “smart” waiting line service, which by the way is too complicated for customers to understand (so it’s useless). People don’t know if they have to first grab the donut, or wait until is their turn. Please...

I ordered an overpriced corpo coffee and needed an extra cup with hot water to make chamomile tea for my 2 year old for a 10 hour flight and got a big arm-shaped X.
