Jamba — Restaurant in Incheon

I walked to the counter and the first thing I was told is that she did not speak English. I'm thinking , this is an international airport, how come you don't even make an effort to understand what I'm trying to say ? I just wanted to know if she had anymore egg salad remaining. Finally I used Google translate and asked her and then she said yes and when I asked if it had ham she took another moment to think . I Used the translator again and she said yes , it contained ham. Extremely poor customer service, not sure how the food is as I did not get to try it. They need to have someone who can at leastale an effort to understand...

This is my first time trying Jamba. I recently found out they are located in the U.S. also. I ordered the chocolate banana and it was delicious. I watched them put actually cocoa powder and bananas when making my smoothie. My family member ordered a berry smoothie and it contained blueberries, strawberries, and pomegranates. All of the fruits were within the smoothie were physical fruits compared to most places being powdered. I’m glad I got the opportunity to try Jamba. I’ll try it when I’m back in the states!

They advertised FRESH SQUEEZED JUICE, meanwhile the juice comes from a can. They add water to it and add frozen pineapple. I can taste the aluminum from the can because I DON'T use can foods. By the time I took 2 sips, my nose was running. Thank God always travel with activated charcoal. Saved me from ending up the hospital. I DON'T do hospitals especially foreign hospitals. SMFH. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THEIR STOTES WITH THEIR FALSE...
