Lotteria — Restaurant in Incheon

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken sandwich was really good in the beginning. It was freshly make with a nice spicy, crunchy coating but towards the end, there was a a texture like the skin was left on or was it batter? I’m not sure. I ended up throwing out all of the fries and a quarter of the sandwich. The only thing I finished was the coke. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but out of all the burger places this was definitely the worst. I now understand why Lotteria overall seems to get bad reviews. This place is more expensive and tastes worse than the Burger King just next door. I can here looking for a 2 piece fried chicken combo but apparently they only sold chicken by the single pieces.

I decided to order the most unique burger and a single fried chicken with a drink combo. It took a while because they had to cook the fried chicken on demand. The burger I ordered came with deep fried cheese but the beef pattie is very tiny. It would have been better if they doubled the beef pattie. The bun also wasn't great either. Ordered mozzarella bacon hash brown beef burger set. Generous portion of bacon, hash brown is still crisp on the outside, patty was dry as usual XD.
