I will not recommend this place because:
Pork came pre-cooked (seared on the outside, raw on the inside) - we had 2 other bbqs and never once were the meat cooked in the kitchen. Photo proof is undeniable. This way of cooking only means one outcome - tough and chewy pork.
Bought 1x set A and 1x 2pax portion for 4 adults and 1 toddler - we received a piece pork fillet that was dry and chunky, a whole chunk of pork belly that was just difficult to swallow, and only a small piece of quality black pork that we really enjoyed. When asked how they portioned the meat, staff mentioned it’s all mixed up.
