A total hidden gem of Jeju. Reservations only! Chef/owner is a 1 man show. He cooks, he serves and he entertains. He only speaks Korean but he is friendly and tries his best to communicate. There is only 1 seating of 8 people per night for the prix fixe dinner service. Pricing is good for the amount of courses and high quality ingredients used. Food is innovative and delicious. The food pays homage to the local Jeju Korean food but has Japanese and western influences. You can taste the personality of the chef. There is a required purchase of an alcohol pairing in addition to the meal cost. The alcohol selection is extensive and very well curated. Totally would recommend if you can get a reservation. American credit cards are not accepted. Please bring cash if you do not have a Korean...
