I am sure the ginseng versions are great as well, but for me the entry level seafood ramen was out of this world yummy. It’s a little spicy, but if you are used to Shin ramen, it’s pretty much the same level of kick. If you can’t handle spice at all, they do have a non-spicy version.

The best value meal I had in Jeju! The portion is huge, with tons of fresh seafood. I had spicy seafood ramen. It packed a punch, and it was an umami bomb. This chef (a grandma) and the place deserve more credits. It's seriously underrated.
