Jejuin Hotel — Hotel in Jeju

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with group tour. |The hotel exterior looks good and grand but that was the only good thing. |Despite this looked like a new hotel, overall was badly managed. |- bed was too lousy and too bouncy. Many of us had back pain sleeping on it. |- 2nd night saw cockroach running around couldn't kill it as it crawl in the wall crack. Then a creepy insect was on the wall (picture) when we woke up the next day. |- Wallpaper peeled off, uneven laminated floor at corridor, tiles cracked, ceiling with obscene water stain (as per picture).|- moved the bed a bit and shocked by chicken bones and piles of used tissue under the bed. |- there was balcony/ smoking area but never cleaned. Noted rubbish beer can on the floor since first night and remained there when i checked out on 5th day. |- Can't read Korean, so i had a tough time operating air conditioner and tv.|- breakfast taste is ok but all Korean and limited choices. |- bring your own towel, because hotel only provide hand towel size as bath towel.|- towel with stain (picture)|- corridor light spoilt and never fixed. |Overall, worst experience and couldn't wait to get away from...

Stayed here two nights on 17 to 19 December 2017. Honestly, if this is not booked by our travel agency, I will not choose this hotel.||||Basically, this hotel is quite isolated with nothing much within its surrounding. It looks new based on the hotel exterior.||||Check in was fast. Our room was clean, spacious and simple design. Bathroom was clean, spacious and equipped with necessary toiletries (except toothbrush). In room wifi was good also.||||A convenience shop is located at the ground floor (basically beside the front desk counter). This really help when you need something as nothing much near by.||||Breakfast was average with the same variety for two days.||||Overall experience: still satisfactory for fulfilling "just...
