One of the best meals I had in Jeju.

The fact that there are only 3 items on the menu - noodles, porridge and boiled dumplings - speaks volumes about the quality of food. The kalguksu broth had such a deep flavour and was packed with umami, which went perfectly with the hand made noodles. The porridge tasted a bit lighter than the kalguksu, but was nonetheless delicious in its own way. The dumplings were simple but so addictive that we got another serving. There’s a reason why this restaurant is a local favourite.

Side note: the kalguksu and porridge are both cooked with bomal (sea conch) so beware if you are allergic to seafood.
