화산제주신화월드점 — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

Don’t go here!!!!. First bad review I have given in 3 weeks in Korea. Worst experience ever!. Dirty lettuce. No side dishes hardly at all. Not even regular kimchi, NO kkeneep to wrap your meat in or sesame oil or gochujang for your meat. We ordered rice and didn’t get it because the manager cancelled our order and came to the table and said we had to order more meat from a set menu because “it’s our policy”. She didn’t care that we ordered a bunch of other items, only that we order more meat so our order was simply cancelled and she FORCED us to order what we didn’t want. You cannot order a la cart here!!!! I repeat you CANNOT order what you want here. You have to eat meat you don’t like. If you want to just order 2-3 pork belly, that is NOT allowed. Only a mix set!!! She was also very rude when she forced us too. She pointed, at the screen and said this is why I recommend and walked off. I almost cried and was so upset I spilled my water. We should have just left!!!! We regret not leaving. We almost walked out at the beginning but didn’t want to cause a problem but things never improved. I felt sorry for the hard working employees and hoped they are treated much better than customers. The workers were kinder than the rude manager lady? Do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They do not deserve even 1 star other than the hard...

**신화월드 리조트에 숙박하면서 추천받은 식당입니다. 테마파크 정문 바로 앞에 있어서 위치가 정말 편리했어요. 저희는 일본인인데, 메뉴판이 태블릿으로 되어 있고 일본어뿐만 아니라 영어, 중국어까지 지원돼서 주문이 정말 편했습니다. 연기도 잘 빨아들여서 가게 안은 쾌적했고, 위생 상태도 아주 좋았습니다. 손님이 굉장히 많았는데, 다행히 오후 5시 30분쯤 예약 없이 입장할 수 있었어요.

저희는 짜파게티, 계란찜, 숙성 흑돼지 삼겹살, 김치찌개를 주문했는데 전부 정말 맛있었습니다. 직원분이 삼겹살을 정성스럽게 구워주셨고, 고기의 크기도 크고 두툼해서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 제주에서 고기구이집 찾고 있다면 정말 강력 추천드려요!**

**神話ワールドのリゾートホテルに宿泊した際におすすめされた焼肉店です。 テーマパークの正面ゲートすぐ目の前にあり、立地はとても便利でした。 私たちは日本人ですが、メニューはタブレットで日本語だけでなく、英語・中国語にも対応しており、注文がとても楽でした。

店内は煙もしっかり吸い込んでくれて快適で、清潔感もありました。 お客さんは多かったですが、17時半ごろに行って、運良く予約なしでも入れました。

注文したのはチャパゲティ、茶碗蒸しのような卵料理、熟成黒豚サムギョプサル、キムチチゲの4品で、すべて本当に美味しかったです。 スタッフの方が丁寧に焼いてくれて、サムギョプサルの一切れ一切れがとても大きくて食べ応えも抜群でした。 済州島で焼肉を食べるなら、間違いなくおすすめです！**

**We stayed at the Jeju Shinhwa World Resort and this BBQ place was highly recommended. It’s located right in front of the theme park entrance, so the location is incredibly convenient.

We’re from Japan, and we felt really comfortable ordering thanks to the tablet menu—it supports not just Japanese, but also English and Chinese. The restaurant had great ventilation, so no smoke smell, and everything was very clean and tidy.

There were a lot of customers, but we arrived around 5:30 PM and luckily got in without a reservation.

We ordered Chapagetti, Korean steamed egg (like chawanmushi), aged black pork Samgyeopsal, and Kimchi stew—all were incredibly delicious.
