저염식을 해볼까 해서 검색한 후 방문해서 먹었는데, 저염식이라는 생각이 들지 않을 정도로 맛은 큰 차이가 없었습니다. 그렇다고 엄청 맛있지도 않았지만 건강에 좋겠거니 하면서 먹었습니다. 다 먹고 난 후에는, 식사를 더 하고 싶다는 생각은 들지 않지만, 만족스러운 포만감 또한 없었습니다. 입에서 뭔가가 당기는 느낌이어서 결국 디저트를 먹었습니다. 아쉬운 뭔가가 있는 거 같습니다. 저염식에 익숙해지면 달라질 수도 있을 거 같습니다. 직장이나 집 근처라면 가끔...
