무난하고 괜찮은 일식 덮밥집이에요 매장이 꽤 어둡고 공간이 조금 답답했지만 접객이 친절하고 음식도 금방 나왔습니다

얼핏 보면 양이 적어보이지만 그렇지는 않았고 덮밥 소스는 한국인 입맛에 딱 좋게 맞춰져 있었어요 일본에서 덮밥 드시고 짜다고 느끼셨다면 추천합니다

달걀은 돈까스 위에 깨서 함께 조리한 걸로 보이는데 이런 형태인 줄 알았다면 다른 걸 주문했을 듯 달걀 모양이야 흐트러질 수 있지만 너무 익힌 탓에 촉촉한 덮밥과 겉돌며 완전히 마이너스였어요

돈까스도 푹 젖으며 부드럽게 밥과 떠져야 하는데 고기슨 뻣뻣하고 튀김옷 풀어지고 달걀이 붙어익어서 퀄리티가 너무 떨어지고 아쉬움이 남았습니다 사실 조리법이라는 게 가게마다 다를 수 있는 거지만 그렇다기엔 설득력이 너무 떨어지는 맛이었어요

가라아게는 잘 조리되어서 맛있게 먹었습니다 비교적 나중에 먹었는데도 잡내 없이 바삭했어요 위에 달걀이랑 돈까스 얘기를 길게 적어서 그렇지 음식 전체적으로나 식사 자체는 만족스러웠습니다 사케동도 괜찮다고 하는데 나중에 먹어보려구요
