Good to bring your friends or introduce someone to the gukbap of Seoul, Seolleongtang: meat is generous when seasoned the broth really takes on good flavor kimchi, kkakdugi and spring onions are self service but also unlimited. they also have other menu items like haejangguk and toganitang (cartilage soup) the special seolleongtang just includes more meat and more fatty cuts vs the normal lean brisket.
