I stayed at this hotel for the last 5 days with my family. we loved everything about this hotel. The suite is very clean as seen in the picture. The duvet covers, pillow cases and bed sheets are very clean and fresh , they were changed each day. The bed was very comfortable and it was so good to return to our suite after long day of tour. Compare to Marriotts and Embassy and other hotels, ENA suit exceeds the quality of bed comfort and cleanness of bed linens. Room is so spacious unlike other hotel and this was important as 4 of us were staying for multiple days.

Awesome hospitality, We were provided with new slippers each day, and plenty of towels to use including long towels for 4 of us, read so many reviews from other hotel where long towels are not provided in Seoul. Also cotton swab, Q tips comb are also placed in a clean package each day for use. In the bathroom, there is a separate doors for shower and washroom. And the glass door of Bathroom is not transparant see through, so you have a good privacy as well.

Also the washer and dryer was in a gym so we worked out and swam as we did our laundry. The swimming pool and shower room and locker room was also very clean and nicely decorated with marble and granite, pool water was so clean!! It really did not need extra chlorine to keep it clean.

There was so many good restaurants around the hotels, Pub next to hotel has awesome chicken wrap! fun and tasy table barbeque rsstaurants around and even 24hr restaurants nearby if you experience zet leg and find yourself hungry! We asked staff at the front desk for recommendations as local, it was awesome !!

Excellent sound proof, did not hear any noises from next rooms or outside, excellent!!

Take the business card from front desk which has map and address if heading out. We used Taxi throuhout our stay in seoul as each attractions were $4-6/ ride from hotel for 4 of us, was cheaper and convenient for 4 of us than using subway. Make sure to use business card, some taxi driver pronounce the hotel different. Staff at the front desk were kind eough to call taxi for us when we requested, even came out to confirm with taxi driver and opened the taxi door for us. We really appreciated their hospitality and and their detail oriented exceellent customer service.

We loved our stay here, we are coming back. It was awesome to stay very clean and spacious hotel with excellent customer service and with everything around. We cancelled other hotel and booked this hotel again for the days returning back to...

I do not recommend this hotel. There are better choices for less money and better location nearby. Additionally, this hotel does not take safety concerns seriously.

I initially booked this hotel for a week long stay for 5 including 2 children. Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Wasn't until we settled down for the night that we noticed issues. Many faulty or broken items in the room like wall lights, shower shelf, sliding doors in bathrooms that would stick or not stay closed. Almost the entire floor is a hard marble like surface, including the bathroom and shower, which is extremely slippery when wet. There is also a marble like coffee table that must weight over 100 pounds sat on a flimsy metal frame, ours had loose screws. I had 2 young children traveling with us, and this hotel was not safe for them. There is also a very small but quite busy street in front of the hotel, as well as a smoking park 50 meters away. Just not a good area or hotel for kids. The shower also had low pressure and Luke warm water, in the evening and morning. This is a 2 star hotel at best. They lack the facilities of an actual 4 star hotel.

I took my concerns to the hotel manager the next morning, a few hours before check out, to let them know about the issues and that we were going to change hotels. The manager told me that safety was not a valid reason to leave the hotel, and that they would have to charge me for a 2nd night as they would not be able to clean the room. I pointed out that yes, in fact, safety is a reason to leave the hotel. I will not risk my kid's health. I also pointed out that it was 2 hours before check out and you have plenty of time to clean the room. They then went to talk to someone out of site and came back to let me know they cannot sell the room tonight and that it is hotel policy to charge me. OK, whatever, I'll deal with it later, but I'm leaving your unsafe hotel.

The hotel manager had the opportunity to handle this situation much better than they did. That's on them. The amount of positive reviews for this hotel, upon further inspection, are questionable. I thought I did a good job of researching hotels but I got fooled on this one. Don't...

If you are going to Seoul for the first time, this is one of the hotels to stay. It will enable your quick access to all main sights and the room prices are reasonable. If you check NaverMap (not Google as it doesn’t work properly), you will see that quite many of the attractions are walking distance away from the hotel (20-25 mins by walk).

Hotel’s stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean (our bedsheets were changed daily). A lot of good restaurants around to enjoy local foods.

But it is the type of hotel where you don’t focus on the little imperfections here and there and mainly come to sleep to while spending your days out.

For example, our air conditioning was broken when we moved in. Room temperature was around + 26 C. Once we informed the reception, they immediately sent an engineer who changed the air conditioner’s filter and we were advised that the room temperature will slowly go down. Unfortunately, after a day of waiting it did not happen, but neither did we further pursue this matter. We ended up opening the window the next day, which helped to cool down the room to a temperature that was comfortable to us.

Shower head was leaking and also water was going through the shower door no matter how tight you close it. So when showering we needed to stack towels next to the shower door to ensure that the rest of the bathroom isn’t flooded. Handle of the bathroom door kept falling off too.

Just some examples for you to see that this hotel isn’t in a greatest possible condition. I would possibly though choose it again if I would be going to Seoul for the first time, mainly because it was anyways not too bad and it was in such a convenient location.

Also during the time when we were there (October 2024) there has been construction works ongoing around the hotel. The works were restricted to the day time hours. As we would sleep sometimes into 9 or 10, we could then hear it already just a bit even on the 16th floor. It didn’t bother us, but I am assuming lower floors might have...

What a great find! We had a fun time in Seoul and ENA Suites in Nandaemun was an excellent base for us for 9 nights. It is a smaller family friendly hotel in a less built up area still close to attractions. The family room was comfortable, clean and generously sized with two large beds, full size couch, tables and plenty of walking and luggage room. The bathroom was private and spacious with full shower, separate bath and seperate toilet area and a large vanity/basin area. The cooling/heating system in the room worked well. Our two kids loved the indoor pool which was quiet and a bit of a rare find for the area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with any information we needed on attractions and transport. The Hotel Manager was genuine and greets guests with a friendly manner and support. The area was relaxed and quiet at night and we appreciated our decision to not stay in a busier area. So much was in walking distance - Nandaemun markets (massive), lots of great restaurants, cafes and takeaway to suit all tastes, City Hall station (right around the corner), Myeongdong for a more buzzing environment, Cheonggyecheon urban stream, and Deoksugung Palace. Gyeongbukgung Palace was a longer but easy stroll. Our only minor issue was the construction site on the same block. The noise was not loud but it was quite constant during work hours. While a minor annoyance it didn’t affect our decision to stay. Hotel staff were apologetic and gracious about it, and tried to even change our room, but it is outside their control. Mostly you can zone it out and if you are just in your room for evenings then it’s not an issue. It is after all a very big city and some noise is to be expected. We think we still had a quieter stay than in the very touristy built up streets. Would definitely recommend this stay. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip — first in a standard room when we arrived in Seoul, and later in a deluxe room after returning from Busan. We truly appreciate the hotel’s helpfulness in allowing us to store two large suitcases during our time in Busan. This made traveling so much easier, and the check-in process upon our return was smooth and hassle-free. Staff were also consistently polite and professional. One of the features we appreciated most was the self-service laundry area. The hotel provides two washing machines and two dryers, along with vending machines for detergent and fabric softener, and even a coin exchange machine. Be prepared for a queue during peak hours, especially after 8pm. We also liked that the rooms have no carpet, which made them feel cleaner and more hygienic. However, we encountered the same issue in both rooms — water leakage during showers. In the standard room, the bathroom had a shower area separated by a screen, but water still seeped out into the toilet area. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room operated intermittently based on room temperature, which disrupted my sleep during the first two nights until I set it to a very low temperature. The deluxe room was much more spacious, but it only had a bathtub (no standing shower), and the bathroom and toilet shared the same space. Unfortunately, water overflowed from the side of the tub during showers, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet. On the bright side, this room had central air conditioning, which didn’t have the same issue as the first room. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with thoughtful amenities, location is good , but some room design issues could be improved.
