고대 안암동에 위치한 춘천닭갈비집! 오래간만에 춘천닭갈비를 먹을 생각에 기분이 들뜨고 기대만땅! 입 안에서는 침이 한가득! 드디어 큰 원형 철판에 나온 닭갈비! 하지만 생각보다 적게 나온 닭갈비 고기량에 실망할 수 밖에 없었다! 고구마, 감자, 대파, 떡 등은 그나마 있긴 했지만 닭고기가 기대 이상으로 적었다! 학생들이 주요 고객인만큼 푸짐한 양과 저렴한 비용으로 가성비 높은 점으로 강점으로 만드는 것이 더 현명할 듯 싶은데! 반찬, 물, 앞치마 모두 셀프이고, 언제든지 원하는 만큼 반찬을 먹을 수는 있지만 생각보다 맛도 별로고, 먹을 반찬들이 마땅치 않았다! 그나마 미역냉국은 여러 번 갖다마실 만큼 맛있었다! 손님을 위해서, 또는 오래간만에 만난 사람들과 함께 가기에는 많이 부족한 것 같다?

드디어 큰 원형 철판에 나온 닭갈비! 하지만 생각보다 적게 나온 닭갈비 고기량에 실망할 수 밖에 없었다! 고구마, 감자, 대파, 떡 등은 그나마 있긴 했지만 닭고기가 기대 이상으로 적었다!

학생들이 주요 고객인만큼 푸짐한 양과 저렴한 비용으로 가성비 높은 점으로 강점으로 만드는 것이 더 현명할 듯 싶은데!
