On one June evening in 2022, a group of four went for a relaxing dinner at Cafe Motte. It offered a great open view and a famous Pheongchang neighborhood as background. We ordered several dishes (Cream Risotto with Chuck Flap Tail Salad Steak; Oil Risotto with Shrimp; Calzone Ricotta Cheese Salad; Margherita Pizza; Aglio e Olio Pasta) with buckwheat tea and cheese cakes. Service is great, ambience is sophisticated, but quality of food was quite poor.

Margherita pizza was extremely bland and nearly tasteless. Sirloin steak came out too chewy so we ended up eating only half of it.

Pasta and pot rice was fine.
